Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only when a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount has been received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateways. All payments must be made in USD or the equivalent in local currency.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our official email address.

Cancellation Fees:

More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.

30-60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund.

No Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

Amendments to Bookings

Changes to Reservations: Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Last-Minute Changes: Changes made within 30 days of arrival are treated as cancellations and re-bookings, and our cancellation policy will apply.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Child Policy

Children Under 5: Stay free of charge when sharing with parents.

Children Aged 5-12: Charged at 50% of the adult rate when sharing with parents.

Children Over 12: Charged at the full adult rate.

Liability and Insurance

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The lodge is not liable for any loss or damage.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests have comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, health, and luggage.

Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: Guests are advised to inform the lodge of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Safety Protocols: Guests must adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines provided by the lodge.

Force Majeure

Unforeseen Circumstances: The lodge is not liable for any cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.
